I am really not happy with how things went down at this online store. I ordered some stuff way in advance and it took a whopping 4 or 5 months to actually get here. When the order finally rolled in, it was all out of season. On top of that, the sizes were way off. The pants ended up being short and big, while the top was just plain huge. And to make things worse, the quality of the stuff was not worth what I shelled out for. The return policy is a joke too. I’m shocked at how little they seem to care about customer service and being flexible with returns. This is for sure the first and last time I’m buying from this place.

This business sells really bad quality clothes that look like stuff you'd find in a second-hand store. When I tried to return the items, they straight up ignored my request and wouldn't give me my money back. It's just so disappointing to see companies like this still around, especially when they're selling stuff that doesn't match what they advertise.

My experience with the company was so disappointing. I ordered a dress, but it didn't fit me like I thought it would. When I tried to return it, it was such a pain. At first, they didn't want to take it back and just offered me a discount on my next purchase. They didn't want to give me a return label, so I had to keep emailing them to make sure they knew I wanted to send the dress back. Finally, after asking for tracking info, they still gave me £8 less than what I paid, so I had to cover the return postage myself. All in all, dealing with this company was just frustrating and not a good experience.

So I bought 5 pairs of glasses, you know what I mean? 3 of them were supposed to be bifocal, and 2 were just for reading. But guess what? They sent me all 5 pairs, and they're all just for reading! And to make matters worse, the left lens is all blurry, so I can't even see properly. Like, seriously, what's going on here? I was so excited to get more glasses from them, but now I'm just let down. And trying to get my money back? It's like pulling teeth, they won't give me a straight answer.

So, I bought a dress from this online store recently. I had ordered from them 2 years ago and it didn't go so well - they only sent me one dress instead of the two I had ordered. And when I reached out to customer service about it, I never got my money back for the missing dress. I was kinda skeptical about ordering from them again this time around, but I thought I'd give it another shot. But hey, this time was a different story - the dress came on time and in good shape. I'm still a bit wary, but hoping that my previous problem was just a one-off thing.
