PriceWasn't gonna buy till a 20% off email showed up; when the jacket arrived, fit and felt sturdy, I relaxed — still think it's overpriced.

PriceAs a VIP customer I'd expect free shipping — that's my main gripe. Also, the "small" fits large, I really need an XS. Quality's okay, but sort sizes and shipping, please (little annoyed).
