Relaxed — it finally arrived

Saw them at a market, told a friend; love the clothes, bought 15 pieces, shipping is slow.

Didn't expect such quick delivery. Gifts are used every morning; customer service actually helped track a missing item.

Needed it last-minute for a wedding; had back pain, move stress—wanted comfy. Phew. Delivery quick, service helpful.

Overall I'm satisfied, but stock cancellations are annoying. I needed this for my bad back after moving, so delays hurt. Product works fine though, not perfect, but usable.

Two things stood out. I bought my first pair back in late winter and started wearing them daily; first impression was that the fabric felt solid, not flimsy. I ordered another pair because I figured I wouldn't want to be washing the only ones all the time. Shipping was annoyingly slow — took forever — but the fit and the colour held up better than I expected, and strangers complimented them a few times. So despite the delivery lag I keep buying for the quality.

I was really bummed when my package got lost or sent back, but luckily the customer service person was quick to send me another one. Now I just have to wait all over again for it to come. It's annoying to have to deal with this, but at least they were on top of things and got it sorted out.

I recently bought some clothes from that website, and let me tell you, I am not too thrilled with the service I got. The delivery is taking forever, it's been well over a week and I still have no clue when my order is gonna ship. The fact that they're not keeping me in the loop is really starting to annoy me, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how everything's going.

So, I bought this really cute blouse online and it was so easy to order. I just clicked a few times and there it was! But I haven't shopped at this store in a while because my last order took forever to arrive. Also, they weren't great at keeping me in the loop on where my stuff was at. I hope this new order comes quickly because I don't know if I'll want to shop here again.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from this store and for the most part I've been happy with the quality. But I got three things that were too big for me. Luckily, the process to exchange them was super easy. The products are kind of like what you'd find at Zara or the old New York and Co. brands. The shipping does take a while, especially once they're in the US. It usually takes a week or two to get to me. But with all the comments about it, I think the company might try to speed things up. I'll keep ordering from them, but I hope they add more shoes to their collection. And sorry for all the caps, I just had hand surgeries and can't be bothered to go back and fix it.

My experience ordering from this retailer has been really good overall. The stuff is awesome quality and the designs are so pretty. I've bought a bunch of clothes from them and I've liked every one. The prices are fair for what you get, so it's a good deal. Ordering was easy and I found everything I wanted without a problem. The only not-so-great part was that it took longer than I thought for my stuff to arrive. I get that delays happen, but it was kind of a bummer to wait so long. Still, I'd tell others to check out this retailer for their great stuff and prices.
