ServiceSo I bought these fake leather boots from this company last summer and honestly, I'm so disappointed with how they turned out. I only wore them like thirty times and already the plastic is peeling off everywhere. I tried reaching out to them through their website to see if I could get a discount on a new pair, but the response I got was pretty disappointing. They just gave me the same discount code that anyone could get by signing up for their emails. I told them how unhappy I was with that offer, but the customer service person who replied to me was kinda rude and didn't even try to address my concerns. It's really frustrating being treated like that as a customer.
