ServiceIt was so annoying how long it took to get my order processed, but I get that it was because of a sale. Still, the support team really impressed me and I think they deserve a raise. They were super helpful and quick to respond, which definitely made things go smoother. I'm thankful for their hard work in making sure my order was done right and on time. Even though it was delayed, I was happy with how the team handled it.

ServiceI just bought a pair of in-ear pods from this store and they didn't hold a charge, eh. I contacted customer support, sent proof of purchase, and shared pictures and videos of the problem. But they kept asking for the same proof, even though I already gave all the info. After trying many times, they just closed the case without fixing the issue. It's the worst customer support I've ever received. So, be careful before buying from them, eh!

I just bought a pair of sneakers from this online store and man, I was so impressed with the whole thing. The shoes came earlier than expected, packaged up real nice, and looking mint. Definitely gonna shop here again after this awesome experience.
And let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch too. They got back to me quick with answers to my questions about the shoes, and even kept me in the loop on when the delivery was coming. Super happy with them.
