I had a real bad experience with my recent order. I sent back my stuff to the warehouse more than 20 days ago, and one of the things I returned has already been sold to someone else. I've tried contacting customer service four times now, but I still haven't got my money back. They told me someone would get back to me in two working days, but no one has reached out yet. I even sent them screenshots and tracking codes to show I returned my items. Honestly, dealing with their customer service has been a letdown, so I'd recommend being careful if you're thinking of doing business with them.

The ordering process took a bit longer than usual, compared to other places I've bought from before. And when my order eventually showed up, I was bummed to see that they sent the wrong thing. They didn't even suggest giving me credit for the difference in price - they only said I could send it back. It was pretty annoying, and now I'm thinking twice about shopping with them again. Maybe next time, I'll just buy what I need straight from the brand's website.
