I recently bought a GPS tracker from this company, and let me tell you, it wasn't a great experience. Their pricing policies are just ridiculous, with automatic renewals and price hikes without warning. The lack of online communication and reliance on email just adds to the frustration, especially for customers from other countries who might not be familiar with all the regulations. When I found out my credit card had been charged without me knowing, I had to get in touch with customer service for a refund, which did eventually happen, but it was a hassle. And let's talk about the actual service - it's been spotty at best. There have been times when the GPS tracker couldn't even send an SMS signal, especially in more remote areas like forests where it's crucial. I've been lucky enough to not need the emergency SOS service, but if I did, I'd have serious doubts about its reliability.

This company is such a scam, eh? They hook you in with what seems like a fair subscription price, then bam! Out of nowhere comes a huge increase without even asking your permission. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel - it's like trying to find your way through a crazy maze! You end up having to call some number in another country and wait forever just to talk to a real person. And to top it all off, they even tried to bribe me with a discount to keep me on board. I don't trust them one bit and I'm going to be super careful with my financial info. Keep your distance from this sketchy outfit, eh!
