Sportman's Warehouse - Reviews and experiences

So, I had this not-so-great thing happen with the store when I tried to change the shipping address for something I bought. At first, they sent it to a store for me to pick up, but I wanted it sent to my house. When I talked to customer service, they said I had to cancel the order, which could take about 5 days. Then it would take another 7 days for me to get my money back. Can you believe they even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reorder after all that trouble? I said thanks but no thanks, and went to another store instead. This whole ordeal left me pretty frustrated and inconvenienced, so I won't be giving this store my business again.

I went to buy some camping gear for my big trip this summer. The store was pretty awesome and had a ton of stuff to choose from. I picked out everything I needed and chatted with one of the workers for some extra info. They were helpful, but when I finally placed my order, it felt like forever until it arrived. I placed the order back in February and only received an email confirming they got it. Later, I found out it was shipped from really far away to a store near me. I had to drive all the way there just to pick up my stuff. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper!

I recently ordered something online from this outdoor store, and man, I'm pretty bummed with the whole thing. It's been over two weeks since I placed my order and still no sign of it. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but no luck - they're not saying a word. It's frustrating to be kept in the dark after shelling out my cash for their stuff. The lack of communication and slow delivery is just not cool in this day and age. It's disappointing to see a company treat its customers like that.
