Charged after uninstall

Returns & Refunds

not many appealing items, so I uninstalled it pretty much right away. I uninstalled in May, like I said, immediately after checking it — I wasn't interested. A few days ago I noticed monthly charges on my card dating back to June, even though I didn't use the app. I contacted support twice; they only cited a “no refunds” policy and wouldn't help. It felt almost fraudulent, not how most Shopify apps behave. I'm mildly annoyed.

Not perfect, but resolved

Returns & Refunds

Wasn't expecting to feel reassured after this, but here we are. After an unexpected $109 charge on my card I opened a ticket and nagged support for details. The moment I felt satisfied was when they confirmed the refund and said they'd purge my card info — no big speech, just a clear confirmation email and the charge reversed. It took longer than I'd like and their response cadence was slow compared with other services I've used, but the outcome mattered. I felt relieved, not thrilled. If you worry about billing, keep notes and be persistent.

Almost tossed it, then it clicked

Returns & Refunds

Two weeks in and I was ready to toss it. Signed up for the trial on a slow Sunday. The site looked decent. Pricing felt off. Then the trial ended and a big charge landed. I checked my accounts. Multiple plans? Wait, what? At first support was slow. I filed messages, waited, then got the usual script. I admit I was irritated, and a bit suspicious. But I kept at it. A real human finally replied after a couple of nudges, actually read my messages, and offered to cancel the extras and refund the mistake. That moment — when the refund showed up and the extra plans were gone — I breathed out. Not perfect, and I would have preferred clearer billing and faster replies. But in the end they fixed the mess, and that made me feel okay about sticking with them for a small experiment. I’d warn others to watch the billing closely, though.

Charge caught me off guard

Returns & Refunds

not the kind of company I’d trust with a trial — they charged me without warning and refused to refund. I signed up just to test the dropship app because I’m redoing my online store and have a sore back, wanted something easy. I entered my card, logged in once, realized it wasn’t for me and never used it again — then forgot to cancel. Weeks later I notice a $99 pending charge with no heads-up. Support closed the door on a refund even after I explained I never used the service. Mildly annoyed, for sure. On the bright side I caught the charge while it was pending and contacted my bank, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, be careful — try to cancel immediately if you test it, or you might end up stuck. Unfortunately.

Trial scare turned relief

Returns & Refunds

clean UI, quick sync, helpful sample data that made setup faster than I expected. I reached out to support right away, a bit jittery, and they were fast and understanding. They explained the billing cycle clearly, checked my account, and offered a refund plus some bonus months as a goodwill gesture. It took days and I double-checked with my bank, but the refund landed and the extras appeared. That was the moment I knew I was genuinely satisfied — when the money came back and everything was tidy. I'm glad it worked out. Tip: watch the trial expiry date, but don't be afraid to try it; it might surprise you.

That late-night "I'll just try the trial" moment

Returns & Refunds

weird charges, a Venmo hold, that sinking "did I get scammed?" feeling. I did some boring tedious stuff — called the bank, changed the card, emailed support, and kept receipts. Little victories: bank reversed a couple of charges, support replied (slow but helpful), and I stopped one surprise billing attempt before it cleared. Not everything was smooth — still annoying that they had my new card number somehow — but overall the worst fears eased. So, am I thrilled? Not exactly ecstatic, but relieved and a lot more careful. If you run a small shop like mine, take the trial with a grain of salt, watch your statements, and keep your phone handy.

Trial charge caught me off guard

Returns & Refunds

I wouldn’t sign up again — the automatic $100 charge and their strict no‑refund stance made the whole thing more trouble than it was worth. I signed up for the free trial because I was curious, but school got busy and I forgot to cancel. A few days later my card was charged and there was no clear heads‑up, no reminder that felt obvious. I reached out to support right away, explained I never used the service after the trial and that I literally couldn’t absorb that cost, and asked for a refund. They were polite, which I’ll give them, and replies came reasonably fast, but each message basically said the same thing: “our policy is no refunds” and an offer of extra subscription time. Which is kind of pointless if you already decided you don’t want it. After several near‑identical emails I felt like I was talking to a script, not a person. I’ve seen other companies make exceptions when the situation was obvious, so this felt needlessly rigid. Still, small surprise: nobody was rude and the support didn’t push back aggressively, so there’s that. In the end I lost $100 and learned to set a calendar reminder. Annoying and disappointing, mild respect for tone, but I can’t really recommend based on how they handled this.

Odd wake-up call — €86 hit my account

Returns & Refunds

while dealing with them I found a useful tip on a community thread that actually helped me set up faster — small bright spot in the middle of the mess. Anyway, I’ve asked them to cancel any subscription, refund the €86, and send written confirmation that nothing else will be charged. If that doesn’t happen I’ve started the bank dispute route and I’ll share the whole experience where it matters so other people don’t get surprised. Bottom line — the product itself feels good to use, but the billing and follow-up left me stressed and disappointed. Hoping they just fix it quickly so I can either move on or keep using the service without worrying about random charges.

Subscription experience

Returns & Refunds

My experience with this company was really disappointing. I got stuck in a yearly subscription without any heads up about it renewing. When I tried to cancel my account and remove my credit card info, I ran into some real roadblocks. Customer service didn't really help much, just gave me some free months to try and keep me around, which felt kind of salesy. And then, to top it all off, there were some extra charges on my credit card with no clear reason why. They seemed more focused on getting that subscription fee than actually selling the products I got from their suppliers.

Free trial experience

Returns & Refunds

My experience with the free trial was really not good. When I signed up, they wanted my credit card info right away, which made me suspicious. When I tried to cancel before the trial was over, they still charged me and mentioned their no refund policy. It was so annoying trying to cancel because they made it really hard. I wouldn't suggest you waste your time and money with this company.
