Space NK - Reviews and experiences

I had to return a foundation that was the wrong shade, even though I had used it for a week. Space NK was great about exchanging it for a new one. Before going to the store, I chatted with Claire online from customer service, and she was super helpful. I always get top-notch service from them!

I recently bought a Laura Mercier foundation from this beauty store, and when I got home, I realized that the shade was too light for my skin tone. But I have to say, the customer service from the store staff was really good. They quickly arranged for the return, which I thought was great. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to do the return online instead of in-store where I could pick the right shade right away. Despite that, I'm grateful for the personal assistance and support from the store staff.

I just bought some Naturium body wash for a buddy from Space NK. It's one of my faves, so I was kinda bummed when I saw that two of the things in the order were leaking when they arrived. But hey, I contacted the support team and Claire got back to me super quick the next day. She helped me get new stuff sent out right away, and I felt pretty good about how it all got sorted out.
