Solo Stove - Reviews and experiences

I was ready to write it off, but in the end I was mostly satisfied — not perfect, but okay. I first saw their stove at my buddy's cottage last summer and he tipped me to try one, so I ordered. The ordering process was clunky and their reps weren't great at first, I got a few contradicted answers and had to chase them for three days. That made me pretty skeptical. Eventually a supervisor actually fixed the issue, arranged a replacement and followed up. So customer service started weak, then improved. Product itself seems fine for the price; delivery took a bit but arrived intact. I'll be cautious next time, though.

I bought a fire pit for our patio recently and it's been a great addition to our outdoor area. The design is modern and cool, and the quality is really good. But, I did have a small problem with the delivery. Even with that little hiccup, I was super happy with the customer service I got. They were really helpful, quick to get back to me, and did everything they could to sort out the issue fast. It's nice to see such great customer service in today's world.

I gotta say, my recent purchase from Solo Stove was awesome. I reached out to customer service to ask about buying a storage cover and a new carry case. The person I spoke with, Lachelle, was amazing! She really went out of her way to help me. She's a real gem and she gave me top-notch customer service. I definitely recommend Solo Stove products and their customer service. They really show that they value their customers and want to make sure they're happy.

The Ranger Stove and Flame Ring were both amazing and really enhanced our time outdoors. We ended up needing a replacement Flame Ring because of a mistake we made, but the customer service team was super helpful and understanding. They got us the replacement quickly, and we're thrilled with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend both the products and the service with no doubt at all.

I got this awesome bundle from some really great people they were so nice and helpful. They even put together a special package just for me when I couldn't find what I was looking for.
