Returns & RefundsI confirmed the Italian address a few times, they confirmed back, I waited home for delivery that never came. UPS lost the parcel, they refunded me but deducted an insurance fee and told me to claim elsewhere. That felt off, so I pushed. They promised to make up the difference three weeks ago. Since then, silence. I’ve chased them a few times, no response. I’ve had better follow-up from smaller sellers before, which made this stand out. Dryly put: their paperwork was fine, their follow-through wasn’t.
