CheckoutI just used a discount code I got at a show to buy something. But, when I tried to use the code at checkout, it didn't work right. Luckily, the customer service team fixed the problem fast. I was really impressed with how they fixed everything quickly and made sure I got the discount. Plus, all the stuff I ordered came when they said it would. I had a great fire last night with the new stuff. I'm excited for more cozy fires in the future.
