Soko Glam - Reviews and experiences

I was super pumped to try out my new skin care set that I got from this company. The first time I ordered, I got my stuff real fast, but my second order was a total mess. It took forever for my package to even be sent out, and when I tried to get a refund, they banned me from buying anything from them again. The customer service sucked, and I got treated really unfairly just for trying to get my money back. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I bought some skincare stuff from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. Ordering them was easy enough, but man, the delivery took forever, especially for shipping all the way to Canada. And then the return policy? Not cool. They make you pay for returns, which is a major bummer. On top of all that, I found out that some of the products that said they were all natural actually had petroleum and silicone in them. Yikes. So yeah, I won't be buying from them again and I'd say to anyone else to watch out if you're thinking of getting something from there.
