Soko Glam - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought some sheet masks for my sister's birthday from this company. Unfortunately, one of the masks went out of stock after I ordered them. When I tried to switch it for a different mask, they told me it was too late and I'd have to pay extra for shipping. I decided to just go ahead with the original order, even though it didn't come in time for my sister's birthday like they said it would. When I looked at the tracking info, I saw that the package was sent out three days later than they told me. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing overall.

I recently bought some skincare products from this company, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. Ordering was easy-peasy, no big problems there except for when my order got lost one time. But the customer service folks were on it, got me my stuff without charging me extra. The only downside was the wait - took about 5-7 days for my order to get to Canada. But hey, the products were top-notch, and the company's service was on point, so I'm happy with it.

Ya know, this company ain't reliable when it comes to shipping. Like, their website says orders should ship in 1-2 business days, but my order was delayed for no reason. And when I emailed customer service, I had to wait 1-2 business days for a reply! So annoying! I thought they cared about their customers more than this.

I just bought something online, eh, but wouldn't you know, the package said it was delivered, but it never showed up at my door, eh. I was pretty cheesed off, but I gave customer service a call for some help, eh. They got back to me real quick and looked into the problem right away, eh. I was glad they were on the ball and ready to fix things up, eh. They not only said sorry for the hassle, but they also sent me out another package and threw in some points to make up for it, eh. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with their service and how they made sure I was a happy customer, eh.
