Soko Glam - Reviews and experiences

I've been a loyal customer of this website for a while now, but I recently came across some issues. The main one is how slow they restock their products. Every time I try to buy something, it's always out of stock with a message asking to email me when it's back. This happened with one product for a whole year, which was really frustrating. Even though their products are good quality, the lack of availability really takes away from the shopping experience. However, I found a new website called OHLOLLY that I'd recommend to anyone tired of waiting for restocks on this site.

I just bought the Charcoal Face Mask from Soko Glam and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. This stuff works wonders, my skin feels super clean and refreshed every time I use it. But the best part for me was their customer service. I had a few questions before buying it, and every time I asked, they got back to me right away with helpful answers. It's so awesome to see a company that really cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to help out.

I bought this product thinking it had the same ingredients as another one I use for exfoliation. But after trying it out from the pack of 3 I got, it didn't work as expected. When I reached out to the company to discuss the possibility of a bad batch or wrong ingredients, I was disappointed with their response. They pretty much told me to deal with it. This has made me wary of their products, and I think others should be careful too.

Soko Glam, why did you have to go and put fillers in my eye cream, eh? I bought this peptine fermentation eye cream thinking it would have all the good stuff, but when I checked the ingredients, there’s a bunch of cheap fillers in there! Not cool, Soko Glam, not cool at all. And when I tried to ask them why they changed the formula from the original brand, they totally ignored me! So rude, eh.
