I reached out to your customer service team not too long ago about returning a product. I was really happy with the help I got. The person I spoke to knew their stuff and gave me all the info I needed, going the extra mile to make sure I was all set. I'm really grateful for the top-notch customer service I got.

I had a problem with my earpods that broke after only three months, so I contacted customer service even though I didn't have a receipt. They asked for some extra info, but in the end they fixed it under warranty no problem. After sending them back, I didn't hear back for almost a month, so I finally sent an email as a last resort. Luckily, I got in touch with an awesome customer service rep who solved everything quickly within a day. I was impressed with how smoothly it all went. They even gave me a coupon to buy a new set of earpods, so now I'm all set again.

I was so let down by the service from this company, eh. I asked for a replacement product, and they said they'd send one, but it never came. Instead of getting the replacement or something similar, they only offered me a lousy 40% discount, which just wasn't right. It was really annoying to see them not following through and being dishonest like that. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from them, since they might not keep their word and be trustworthy.
