Returns & RefundsThis is the second time I've had missing items in my order from SkinStore. Last time, they forgot the ampules and just gave me a refund. Now, I got two cheap bags instead of the bag and perfume set I wanted. When I told them about it, they said both items were sent. Clearly, they're not being honest and I won't be using their services again! Be cautious when ordering from SkinStore, eh!
