SkinStore - Reviews and experiences

The email receipt threw me off with the tax included. When I looked at the price breakdown and saw the tax added on, I thought I was being charged extra compared to what was shown on the website. It made the checkout process kind of weird and not as simple as I thought it would be.

I was super excited to finally get my hands on the perfume I've been wanting ever since it came out. The website was really easy to use and I found what I was looking for in no time. Checking out was a breeze and I got a confirmation email right after.

So I just bought a bunch of stuff from SkinStore for over $1k, but the whole process was kinda meh. When I went to pay, I couldn't find anywhere to put in the discount code I got in my email. I tried to contact customer service, but it was Saturday night so no luck there. It was annoying and disappointing that they couldn't work with me on it. My friend recommended SkinStore to me, so I was really expecting a better experience.

Ordering was easy peasy, but the checkout process was kinda lacking. I just updated my address and unfortunately, I couldn't double-check if it was right before I placed my order. It would have been nice to have that option to make sure everything was good before I finished buying. Even though there was that little issue, the shopping experience in general was pretty simple.
