I bought some new shoes on February 10th, but it's taking so long and they haven't even sent them out yet. I phoned the shop in Toronto and the person working there told me that they haven't even started preparing my order! They suggested that I contact customer service to get a refund, but no one ever picks up the phone when I call. It's really annoying!

I ordered a pair of sneakers back on March 10th, and as of today, March 27th, I still haven't gotten any updates on my order. I've even sent six emails but haven't heard back from customer service at all. I must say, this kind of customer service is really disappointing, and all I really want at this point is my money back. This whole ordeal has definitely left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with this company.

She answered all my questions quickly and made sure I had all the info I needed. Plus, she made sure my shoes arrived on time and in perfect shape. I really liked the great service and I'll definitely shop here again.
