Size? - Reviews and experiences

Even after showing Size? a photo of my order delivered to the wrong place, they wouldn't admit the mistake. I was so let down by their lack of accountability and customer service. Dealing with it was so frustrating, and not getting any fix or compensation for their error was the worst. I thought Size? would have better service since they're a known company.

The limited edition sneakers I ordered were only available at this store in Canada or online. However, there were some shipping problems when they sent the product to me in the States. It caused a delay in getting my purchase. Luckily, their Customer Service was really helpful and always there to assist. It was a bit tricky to reach them by phone, but their email responses were quick and useful. I never thought about asking for a refund because the customer service team kept me informed and involved during the whole process. For their next release, Size should definitely plan better for international shipping to make sure their customers are satisfied.

I ordered shoes for my kid not too long ago and I paid for express shipping. But, unfortunately, the shoes never showed up. I tried to get some help multiple times, but I was put on hold forever and didn't get any responses to my emails. The customer service has been really awful.

Even though I saw some bad reviews, I still went ahead and ordered some shoes for my daughter. I placed the order on a Monday night and got the shoes by Wednesday. They were in perfect shape and the size was just right. All in all, I was happy with my purchase and have no complaints at all.
