Returns & RefundsThe ankle socks were alright, but man, it was a pain trying to return one pair. I bought 4 pairs on sale and wanted to send one back, but I just couldn't figure out how to get a return label or address, no matter how many times I tried. They just kept making excuses and dragging their feet. If their so-called guarantee works the same way, I definitely won't be buying from them again.

So, I reached out to customer service to get a return label, and man, it's been nothing but delays and unhelpful answers. It's been over 3 weeks now since I first asked for help, and still no fix in sight. Instead of just giving me a label and refunding me fully, they're only willing to cough up 25%. Like, seriously? This lack of care and refusal to make things right is just not cool at all. Such a letdown.
