Sigma - Reviews and experiences

I saw some not-so-great reviews about the delivery process, but my order arrived really quickly all the way from America to Australia and I could track it too. Plus, I got a quick response to my email and their customer service was top-notch. So, you know, you can't always believe everything you read in those negative reviews, eh?

What a nightmare it has been trying to get my hands on these brushes! The delivery has been delayed so many times, and the customs fees were just crazy. I still haven't even received my package! The only good thing about this whole situation is that I got the brushes at a really good discount. Imagine if I had paid full price for all this trouble, I would be so angry. The quality of the product is really great, but I suggest buying them from a different store in Canada, like the Bay, instead of going through all this trouble of ordering from this company.

I recently bought something from overseas and I had to pick a specific shipping method to avoid high fees. But when the delivery person showed up, they hit me with an unexpected extra charge. I contacted the company and they said I could have said no to the package and got a refund, even though this wasn't made clear when I was buying. It was frustrating not knowing what to expect with the shipping, and it left me annoyed.

With all the different shipping options out there today, it would be nice if the company offered more affordable choices for international shipping to make things easier for customers. They should also be upfront about any extra fees and how to refuse a delivery so people don't get caught off guard like I did.

I recently bought a brush set from Sigma and gotta say, I wasn't impressed at all. Their website said I'd get it in 5-7 business days, but it actually took more than two weeks for the thing to show up. My order was stuck on "processing" for the longest time and even after sending emails, I heard nothing back. It was only after I tracked down their customer service number that I got some help. Not keeping me in the loop about the delay was frustrating, especially since I needed it for an event that was coming up.

I used to really like the makeup brushes from this company, but after what happened recently, I won't be ordering from them again. My order was supposedly delivered and signed for by FedEx, but I was home and didn't receive anything. The FedEx tracking said it was delivered to a different address. I tried to get the company to file a claim with FedEx, but only they could do it. I also reported the missing package, but nothing happened. Finally, I had to open a PayPal dispute and they told me to turn it into a claim. Sadly, I lost the dispute and $107. It's been a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

I just bought the Ultimate Blending Brush Set and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. I heard some people complaining about long shipping times, but I saw a great sale and decided to go for it and placed my order on February 1st. Sigma sets can be pretty pricey, so snagging it at such a deal was a big win for me. I had read some scary stories about delays and long waits on different sites, but I was prepared to wait it out and figured I'd get my order by the end of March. But to my surprise, the package showed up way earlier than I expected, which made the whole experience a really good one for me.
