Sigma - Reviews and experiences

I ordered some brushes about 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. I tried reaching out to customer service many times but didn't get any responses. The tracking system doesn't even know my order number. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and service.

I recently ordered some stuff from Sigma, but man, it's been a total nightmare! The website said my order would ship in 5-7 business days, but it's been stuck in processing forever. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but no one got back to me. It's pretty frustrating and disheartening to be left in the dark like this. Companies should definitely keep their customers in the loop when there are delays. Sigma needs to step up their game and improve their customer service. I hope they start being more upfront about their shipping times so they don't keep their customers in the dark.

I just bought email marketing services from this company, but I've been pretty disappointed with how things have turned out. Even though I did everything they told me to do to get off their email list, I still get bombarded with emails from them every day. And to top it off, the link to unsubscribe in their emails doesn't even work - it just goes to some busted page. So now I have to go to the extreme of setting up my filters to treat all their emails as spam.
