Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare! I wanted to change the size of my sneakers before they even shipped, but they said no. Then, when I tried to cancel the order, they wouldn't let me do that either. Their customer service reps are so clueless, giving different answers each time and not even knowing their own company policies. I wasted a whole day trying to fix the size issue, and when I finally returned the sneakers, they didn't honor their own "Instant Exchange" policy. It's been a huge headache dealing with them, and I'm never shopping there again.

I got my brother some really cool kicks for Christmas, but got sent the wrong shoes in a smaller size - such a bummer! I tried contacting customer service for help, but they weren't much assistance, just said to return them and wait for a refund. What a disappointment!
