Shoebacca - Reviews and experiences

I bought some sandals for more than $100 not long ago. But when they showed up, I was pretty bummed to see that they were all worn out, dirty, and had someone else's toe prints on them. Gross, right? So I sent them back right away for a refund. But it's been almost 2 weeks since Shoebacca got the sandals back, and still no refund for me. It's been a real pain dealing with this, and I wouldn't suggest shopping there to anyone.

I returned a pair of shoes not too long ago and I've been waiting for my refund for 9 whole days. I got in touch with customer service, and let me tell ya, I was pretty let down by how things turned out. The person I talked to had the right words, but their attitude was just not up to par. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

I had to return something and buy it again at this store, and I have to say, it was surprisingly easy. I got my money back and was able to buy a new one without any trouble. On top of that, I also got a good deal on the shoes I bought. It's hard to find a store that respects their customers' time and money, but this one does. I wish all shopping trips were this easy and quick. And if something goes wrong, I believe this store will do their best to fix it.

Even though the first shoes I got weren't awesome, I'm gonna try again and get a different pair soon.

I recently bought a pair of sneakers from an online shoe store and saw that they promoted "Free returns." But when I tried to return them, they made me pay for the shipping. I felt ripped off by their misleading ad. Why say "Free returns" if you have to pay for shipping? This whole thing really turned me off, and I won't be buying from them again.

I recently ordered a pair of boots from this store for Christmas. When the boots came, they weren't the ones I wanted. I called customer service to fix it, but they said I needed to send them back before getting my money back. So I had to go to UPS in the middle of Christmas chaos to return the wrong boots.

I decided to get two different sizes just in case one didn't fit right. Luckily, returning the pair that didn't fit was super easy and hassle-free. I liked that I could return it without having to pay any extra fees. Overall, I was happy with the choices on the website, the prices, and how easy it was to shop there. I'll definitely think about using Shoebacca for my next shoe buying adventure.
