Ordering and getting the stuff was super easy, no problems at all. The stuff is great, but I got the wrong thing and needed a different size for one of them. The only not-so-good part was trying to reach someone for help. Emails took so long to get a reply and it seemed like I was always talking to the same person. Live chat is hardly ever there and there's no phone number to call. If returns and exchanges were easier, this would be a 5-star review for sure!
