ServiceThe headphones I bought were awesome when I first got them, but then the buttons just crapped out. I went back to the store I bought 'em from, but man, the staff there were super rude and wouldn't give me the time of day. I even tried reaching out to head office, but they were all like, "Sorry, we can't help 'cause the store's in administration." Thankfully, the headphone company has a two-year warranty, and they said they'd hook me up with a replacement. But so far, no dice. I'm seriously fed up with this lousy customer service.
