ServiceThe undies I ordered showed up on time, but when I wanted to swap them for a different size, the customer service was so lousy that I won't be coming back. It was frustrating and disappointing how little they cared about helping customers. Good customer service is just as crucial to me as the product, so when it's bad, the product loses its appeal. The undies were just okay, nothing special, plus they were crazy expensive. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
