I am so disappointed with this brand, eh. I had high hopes, but the customer service is just terrible, eh. I tried calling multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone, and forget about leaving a message ‘cause that wasn’t even an option. I even emailed them twice about an exchange, but got no response, eh. It’s been over three weeks now and I’m still waiting. At this point, I just want a refund, not an exchange, eh. I’m so frustrated with this brand's lack of communication and professionalism, eh. In such a competitive market, you’d think they’d care more about their customers. But no, their service is just plain dumb, eh. I’m definitely gonna find another brand for my son, eh.

I used to really love this company's stuff, but then I had a problem with some Kinetic undies that were way too small. I tried to send them back, but the customer service team has been ignoring my emails for over a month. It's just not cool, especially when they charge so much for one pair of undies!
