TrackingI ordered some shoes on February 1st, 2024 but they still haven't shown up. Customer service is really bad, no one answers when I call, and they never follow through with promised call backs. The tracking info says the shoes have been stuck since May 12th.

TrackingI recently bought some shoes from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how they handled the whole shipping thing. They said they'd send me a dispatch-confirmation with the tracking number, but I never got anything like that. It made it really hard for me to keep tabs on my order and figure out when it would show up. Luckily, I managed to find some delivery details by entering my order number, email, and postcode, so that was at least something. All in all, I think this company needs to step up their game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop during the shipping process.
