I got some new shoes recently, and I gotta say I really love the shoes themselves. But I was pretty bummed with how they were shipped to me. They came in this flimsy plastic envelope, so the box got all smashed up. As a customer, I think it's important that stuff is treated carefully during delivery, especially when it's top-notch products like these.

I bought a pair of trainers online from this company recently, and let me tell you, it was a big mistake. The tracking info said my package was delivered, but it never showed up at my door. I reached out to both the courier and the company, but got no help or compensation for the missing package. It's been a real headache and letdown dealing with this, so I definitely don't recommend ordering from them.

I ordered my shoes back on 12/18/2023 and I'm getting pretty annoyed with how long it's taking for them to get here. It's already 2024 and still no sign of my shoes. They used some super slow ground shipping method through fed ex, and every time I call them out on it, they just blame the company for picking that method. Like seriously, how does it take over 15 days for a package to show up? When I contacted the company, all they did was send me a standard reply with the tracking number, like I haven't been checking it obsessively since December 20th. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back and I'm starting to lose my cool.
