Halfway through the first tune, I noticed the crack
Halfway through the first tune, I noticed the crack
Productno original packaging, just shoved into a shipping box with minimal padding. It was missing the power adaptor and a few little accessories too, which was annoying because I use those every day for lessons and quick setups. I rang customer service and, honestly, that’s where things got worse — the reps I dealt with were brusque and not helpful, which made sorting it out a chore. In the end I kept the keyboard because it still works well enough for daily practice and teaching my kid a few chords, but I’m left feeling like they didn’t take responsibility for damaging what they sold. If you only care about the instrument’s sound and convenience, it’ll do the job. If you expect decent packing and a customer-first approach when things go sideways, manage your expectations.
