ProductI ordered some beauty stuff online and was so bummed when I opened my package and found out that one of the lipsticks had already been used. I went through the whole return process and got my money back pretty quickly, which was good. But then I found out about some other messed up experiences people had with Saks' warehouse - like getting a can of tuna instead of an ashtray, or getting fake sandals. Crazy, right?
