ServiceI bought a shirt from this store, eh. I wore it once and gave it a wash, then when I ironed it, the logo on it melted, hey. I tried to take it back, but the folks working there weren't very friendly and didn't want to give me a replacement, eh. I do like some of their things, but they gotta be nicer to us customers, for sure.

ServiceI bought a pair of boots near the end of last year, and in a few weeks, the laces fell apart. It was a bit of a pain, but I swapped them out for better ones. Then, just last week, one of the lace holders at the top broke off. When I tried to get in touch with customer service on their website, it wouldn't go through. I sent an email to the only address they had listed, but didn't hear anything back. All in all, I was really surprised by how lousy the product was and how terrible the customer service turned out to be.
