DeliveryI recently bought three pairs of shorts online, but when they arrived, only two pairs were in the package. I checked the packing list and saw that it only mentioned two pairs. I was not happy because I paid for three pairs but only got two. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to send a photo of the items I received for their investigation, despite their own list showing one pair was missing. This was really frustrating as a customer. I expect better service and understanding when there are issues, especially if it's the company's fault. I was disappointed with how they handled the situation and the lack of quick solution provided.
