I also love that I can pause my subscription if I need to take a break and easily start it up again when I'm ready. Overall, this subscription service has been my go-to for a long time now, and it always goes above and beyond in terms of quality, service, and variety.

I bought some secondhand jewelry and shoes, but they were not as good as they said they would be. I received some broken jewelry, and the customer service was not very nice. They didn't have enough jewelry available because there were too many members using the service. Plus, they kept charging me even after I cancelled. Be careful when dealing with them!

Now I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I didn't want and I have to deal with sending it all back. Another annoying thing is that I can't cancel my membership until I return everything, so if there are any problems with the return, I'll still get charged. This rule is really frustrating and unfair. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
