ProductI was really disappointed by the jewelry set I got. The pieces were not nice at all, I didn't even want to try them on. It felt like my stylist didn't even bother checking my style preferences. I clearly said I like rings, but they sent me huge, tacky earrings that were nothing like what I like. I feel like I wasted my money and didn't get what I was hoping for at all.

ProductI ordered some really nice jewelry from this website, but when it arrived I was bummed to see that a few of the pieces were actually broken! I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they didn't really do much to help me out or offer a refund. It would be nice if they paid more attention to the quality of their products and showed more care towards their customers.
