Returns & RefundsI'm not ordering from them again. I bought a pair of rain boots for my daily wet commute because my knees hate slippery sidewalks. Paid $51.25, they were too small so I returned them the same day. I got $33.35 back — $17.90 gone. Their return policy mentions $8.95 for shipping, but that doesn't explain the full charge. The boots looked okay and would have worked if the sizing was right, so kind of annoying.
