Monthly unauthorized charges

Returns & Refunds

What a nightmare dealing with this company, eh? I thought signing up for their monthly subscription would be a good idea to get their products regularly, but boy was I wrong. They started charging my credit card without asking, and it was a real pain trying to cancel. Customer service was useless, claiming they couldn't even find my account. After a bunch of failed attempts to reach them, I had to cancel the direct debit through my bank. And they still managed to sneak in another charge! What a mess. Trust me, stay away from this company and find something better, eh.

Fishy flavored burps

Returns & Refunds

Oh man, let me tell you about this subscription I tried out. It was total garbage! I wasted a ton of money on it and all I got in return was heartburn and burps that tasted like fish. I was so disappointed because I thought it would actually be good, but it was a big letdown. And when I tried to get a refund, it was a total mess. Such a scam! Plus, they make it super difficult to cancel your subscription on time. Trust me, don't get caught up in it like I did.

Subscription, unexpected charges

Returns & Refunds

I recently had this thing happen with a subscription service that really disappointed me. So, I decided to cancel my subscription at first because I wasn't too sure about the stuff they were sending me. But then the company went and offered me a 30% discount, so I thought "why not?" and decided to give it another chance. I wanted to change my delivery date, but then I got hit with some unexpected charges on my credit card. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, the company said no way. It's pretty frustrating to deal with mistakes and bad customer service from a company. They should really be more clear with their customers and fix their errors to keep people happy and trusting them.

Pregnancy protein powders

Returns & Refunds

So, I bought a couple of pregnancy protein powders to give them a try, eh? Turns out, they didn't sit well with me and I wasn't happy with how they worked. Then, about a month later, I found out I had been signed up for a subscription without me even knowing! Not only did I get charged an extra 90 euros, but they were also sending me two more protein powders that I didn't even want or need. I tried to contact customer service to get a refund because they supposedly have a money-back guarantee, but they weren't very helpful and I didn't get my money back. Being pregnant, this whole situation left me feeling so frustrated and like I was getting ripped off. I can't afford to be losing money, especially on stuff I can't even use right now.

Subscription confusion

Returns & Refunds

I didn't realize it was a subscription and ended up getting charged twice for some nasty stuff. The customer service guy was really rude and not helpful at all, just seemed to care about taking my money.
