Save your money and steer clear of this company. Their customer service is terrible - I tried to update my address and got nowhere with their support team. Now my package is headed to the wrong place and it's like pulling teeth to get a timely response from them. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

I recently bought a porcelain holder and candle set as a gift for a friend who went through a tough time recently. The online delivery came with four happy birthday gift cards, but I couldn't add a personal message. I tried contacting Customer Service to see if they could print out a message on plain paper to add to the gift, but they were really rude and unhelpful. Even though the brand seems calm and beautiful on the outside, the Customer Service was far from it. It's sad to see a brand that's supposed to be about mindfulness and beauty lacking empathy and understanding.

So, the product was great and everything, but the customer service was really terrible. It's like they only want to put you on auto pay and don't care about changing your delivery date at all. Plus, they hardly respond to emails, which is really irritating.

I had a really bad experience with this company. They signed me up for a subscription without asking me, and when I wanted to cancel, Jan from customer service was rude and argumentative. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I can't believe how bad the customer service is here. I've been trying to get my referral rewards for weeks and it feels like I'm getting nowhere. They just keep asking for the same info, like they don't want to give me what I deserve. It's super frustrating. I'm looking for a new place to give my business to.
