Chocolate chip cookie and latte
Chocolate chip cookie and latte
DeliveryI went and got myself a chocolate chip cookie and a latte, and it was just like, meh. But then I waited forever for it to arrive and the service was seriously awful. They didn't even say sorry for being late, and I had to bug them twice about it. And they always use this delivery company that keeps screwing up, but they never admit fault. It's so frustrating!
Delayed delivery, multiple driver changes
Delayed delivery, multiple driver changes
DeliveryThe delivery service was such a letdown. They kept changing the estimated time of arrival and even switched drivers a few times, which caused a delay. When the food finally showed up, it was all cold. It was clear they weren't organized, and it really put a damper on the whole thing. I'm bummed out because of this, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Late delivery, frustrating customer service
DeliveryOh, I'm so frustrated! My package took forever to arrive, and I had to keep asking for updates. It's crazy that I had to bug them so many times just to hear back. It's really not cool how they handled the communication and delivery.
