I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Represent regarding a return I made for order number 9001520120.

I returned a number of items worth around £400 (carefully packed with both the online return submitted and the return form included), but weeks later I only received a partial refund of £32.50. When I contacted customer service to ask why, I received a generic response claiming that “several items were missing from the return parcel.”

This was the first time I’d heard of any issue — no one contacted me to inform me of a discrepancy. What’s even more confusing is that I had been told earlier by customer service that the return had been received and a full refund would be processed within 10 days. Clearly, that wasn’t true.

Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to get clarity or speak to someone senior, but I’ve just received the same copy-paste response over and over again. No evidence has been provided to support the claim that items were missing, and the matter has not been escalated despite repeated requests.

I’ve since checked Trustpilot and found I’m not alone. Several customers have reported similar issues — partial refunds, poor communication, and claims that items were missing from their returns. It really makes you question what’s happening behind the scenes with Represent’s warehouse or returns process.

I used to admire the brand, but after this experience, I will not be ordering again unless there’s serious improvement in how they handle returns and treat paying customers. If you’re planning to order from Represent, be extremely cautious — especially if there’s a chance you’ll need to make a return.

I had a problem trying to return something I bought. When I went to the website to do the return, it didn't work right. Then when I called customer service for help, the person couldn't find my order. It was really annoying and took up a lot of my time.
