Unfortunately, my order got held up at customs because some important information was missing, and the Rep I talked to didn't give it to me. I've tried reaching out for help through emails and even VIP service, but I still haven't gotten a good response. It's been more than three weeks since I ordered, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the lack of communication and solution from your side.
