DeliveryI ordered a pair of winter gloves for my daily walks and paid for 1–2 day shipping so they’d be under the tree. They clearly sent them with a 3‑day label and everything showed up after Christmas. I asked the company to reroute because there was no point getting them late, they didn’t. Pretty annoying. The bit that actually made me feel satisfied was when, after a couple of messages, they credited my card for the purchase and said I could keep the gloves — no return shipping charge. Not perfect, and the service was slow, but getting that refund without fighting for it made the whole thing manageable.
