Not worth the price
Not worth the price
Priceskip these—poor quality and not worth the cost. The chessboard had dried glue and wouldn't sit flat, and the Yatzy set felt flimsy and cheap. A friend insisted they were the pricier options in the store, but honestly they felt disposable, like mass-produced imports. I’m used to better return policies elsewhere, and the shop was slow to help, but they did finally offer an exchange/refund. Relieved it was sorted, still won't buy again.
Small package, big disappointment

ProductWasn’t expecting to judge a chess set by its box, but that’s exactly what happened. I hesitated before ordering two sets — the price seemed low and I’ve been burned before by cheap hobby gear — but went ahead. They arrived fast and the boxes looked nice. Inside, though, the pieces felt flimsy, paint smudged, not what I hoped. I asked about returns and was told only unopened boxes qualify. So yeah, glad delivery was quick, but still stuck with unusable sets. Not impressed.
Third time saved it

ServiceMiddle of December, I'm lugging a box back and forth between my car and the house because of this weird saga. Ordered a Christmas present for my mom, first one arrived smashed, replacement sent, then my mom got suddenly sick and it bounced back after a few weeks. I appreciated that they didn't give up — they shipped a third time, this time to me, and didn't charge extra. After dealing with other shops that bill you for every little reroute, that felt refreshingly decent. Small relief in a messy month, honestly.
Late gloves, small win
Late gloves, small win
DeliveryI ordered a pair of winter gloves for my daily walks and paid for 1–2 day shipping so they’d be under the tree. They clearly sent them with a 3‑day label and everything showed up after Christmas. I asked the company to reroute because there was no point getting them late, they didn’t. Pretty annoying. The bit that actually made me feel satisfied was when, after a couple of messages, they credited my card for the purchase and said I could keep the gloves — no return shipping charge. Not perfect, and the service was slow, but getting that refund without fighting for it made the whole thing manageable.
Almost went well, then customs hit

Returns & Refundssupport replied fast, apologised and said the wrong invoice to UPS was their fault and I shouldn't pay, they'd handle it. That actually calmed me down for a bit. Problem is, the follow-through didn't happen. UPS tried to deliver five times asking for import tax and I couldn't accept without paying. I even sent the payment link and asked them to reimburse me, but nothing was sorted and now the parcel is heading back to Scandinavia while I'm chasing a refund. So mixed bag — people were polite and I liked the quick replies, but the admin mistake and lack of action made it a frustrating experience. I might try them again if they fix refund handling, otherwise I'd be cautious.
