Sizing roulette, surprisingly quick delivery
Sizing roulette, surprisingly quick delivery
Returns & RefundsI ordered, braced for the usual sizing roulette, and grimaced when one piece didn't fit. Was annoyed about the £5 return charge, but the delivery was shockingly fast and the rep actually sorted my exchange — polite, quick. Not perfect, price stingy, but overall I'm pleased, a bit cautious.

CommunicationI was just about to call it quits when the dispatch email finally came through — tiny win, that's when I knew they’d sorted it. I’d emailed five times, got only auto-replies, phoned and no one picked up. They took my money up front, but it worked out.

Returns & RefundsI won’t be ordering from them again. I needed a replacement jacket because my old one (years of wear, and honestly for my bad back I rely on a decent, supportive outer layer) finally gave out, so I ordered something I thought would work. First, the order itself was fine — product looked good — but when it didn’t fit I tried to return it and suddenly it was complicated. I paid for return postage (which felt steep), then they charged a separate return fee, so I ended up out of pocket and without the item. Customer care basically pointed me to their terms (yeah, I missed the small print, fair), but they weren’t interested in helping or explaining anything that made sense. When I asked about escalating, they told me to email the person I was complaining about — awkward and not exactly reassuring. I’m annoyed, honestly; loved some of their pieces over the years, but this experience was the last straw. Practical, but not patient or fair.
Quick delivery, sizing is a bit off

Productwalking the dog, quick errands and layering while WFH. Delivery was reliable and the support team was great — they answered my questions, were polite, and handled a return without a fuss. The one gripe is sizing: tops run short on me (I'm about 5'10") and they don't offer a 3XL, which is annoying. Not perfect, but I kept a few favourites.

DeliveryI ordered a replacement mattress topper six days ago because my back was killing me after a terrible move. Thought it’d be simple, but nope—no dispatch email and their website took my cash right away. I’ve emailed a bunch, got only robots back, and even left the support line ringing for twenty minutes. It’s frustrating, oddly absurd, and yeah, I’m annoyed but mostly just tired of waiting.
