ProductNeeded a new winter jacket after moving — bad back, so I wanted something supportive and easy to zip. Jacket's fine, but sizes run small compared to John Lewis/Next. Delivery took 10 days and the £4.95 shipping isn't refunded on returns; customer service was lukewarm, honestly

ProductI pulled it out of the box on a rainy Monday. Pictures showed navy, but the jacket I got leaned purple-indigo. Tried it on right away. Fit was actually nice and the fabric felt solid. Still, that colour mismatch is annoying. Returning costs €15, which is steep. Not terrible overall, but I’d think twice before ordering again.
