I still haven't got my refund even though the return was delivered and I have photo proof. I bought an office chair because of chronic lower-back pain and needed it to work from home — didn't fit right. I sent it back, tracking shows it arrived on Dec 15, but customer service insists they "haven't received it" and keeps saying returns are my responsibility. I've asked a dozen times for a refund, they stonewall. I've involved Klarna now; feels dodgy, honestly, but let's see what they do.

I was about ready to give up — then the refund actually showed up in my bank and I breathed. I sent the return on Dec. 1 and after that it was a loop of automated emails promising a refund in "five days." Those five days came and went, rinse and repeat, and it felt like nobody was owning it. Eventually I got a proper reply with a clear processing date and the money posted a few days later — that moment, seeing the transaction, is when I knew I was satisfied. Still, they should stop the canned responses and communicate sooner. Product was fine, delivery was okay, but their customer service needs to be more proactive.

Heads up: they say they’re separate from Ralph Lauren, and honestly this whole refund dance was frustrating. Would tell a friend to watch out.
