Returns & Refundsno confirmation that they’d received the return, just silence for a couple of weeks. I sent a few emails and only got automated replies saying it had to go to the warehouse and they’d check the refund method. After four weeks with nothing, I told them I was opening a dispute with my bank. Immediately they warned that a dispute could delay the refund by up to 20 days — felt like pressure. I did call my bank and started the dispute; two days later the money was back. The jacket itself was fine, but the customer service around returns and refunds was slow and unclear. Heads up: they say they’re separate from Ralph Lauren, and honestly this whole refund dance was frustrating. Would tell a friend to watch out.
