Sound Bar

I'm really bummed out that my Sound Bar's bluetooth stopped working after just a year. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they were no help at all. I thought about getting a refurbished system or some outdoor speakers for my pool, but the lack of support and reliability from this company has pushed me to switch to a more trustworthy brand like Bose.

High-end home theatre system

Oh man, it was a complete disaster dealing with this company! I dropped over a thousand bucks on a full home theatre system, and then my subwoofer needed fixing. So when I went to the stereo repair shop for help, they asked for a schematic from the company. I reached out to Polk, and they straight up refused to help because I didn't have the original receipt. Their customer service and support were just awful. I'd say steer clear of this brand at all costs.

Quick solution to popping noise

Polk assist speakers

As a customer who uses Polk Assist speakers, I am really disappointed to say that the product doesn't play BBC radio anymore. Many frustrated customers have talked about this problem in online forums. It's really discouraging to see that even with all these complaints, the customer service from the company is not helpful and dismissive. It took a whole six weeks for them to respond, just to say that there's nothing they can do about it. As a consumer, this lack of support and solution is really frustrating and makes the company look bad in terms of customer satisfaction.

Second time remote replacement

This company always wows me with their amazing customer service. I've had to get my remote replaced twice now, and both times they came through just like they said they would, no problem. I really do love this product and appreciate their quick help. Thanks again, so much.

Polk Assist

I bought the Polk Assist mainly to listen to BBC radio, but after only a few months, the speaker stopped working. It looks like Polk didn't keep up with technology updates, which led to a really bad experience for us customers. The customer service from Polk was terrible, and I won't be buying anything from them again since I can't rely on their products.

Soundbar with Auto Standby feature

Just got myself a new soundbar that apparently has an Auto Standby feature, but guess what? It ain't working. Tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got was some confusing answers and useless advice. The sound is alright, but the lack of reliable customer service is a big bummer. If anything goes wonky with this soundbar, it's going in the garbage for sure.

I recently contacted customer service about buying speakers but they weren't much help. I tried multiple times but got no useful info. The reps just told me to check their website, which is where I started. I was really let down by their lack of support and professionalism. If this is how they treat customers, I'll be looking elsewhere for new speakers.

Bought the product on a recommendation

I got this product because Which suggested it, and let me tell you, I'm really let down. The gadget doesn't play BBC radio stations anymore, or a bunch of others either. When I tried to contact customer service at Polk Audio, I didn't get any response. Save your money, don't bother with this product.

Pair of smart speakers

Honestly, I thought I was making a smart move when I bought these smart speakers at a great deal. They worked really well for a couple of years, connecting smoothly with my other gadgets and sounding great. But then, they stopped getting updates out of the blue because of some memory issues. I called customer service for help, and all they said was that the speakers were too "old" for them to do anything. It's just so frustrating that they planned it this way, making products that work perfectly fine become useless in no time. I don't want to be part of this culture where good stuff is thrown away so easily. Just doesn't seem right.
